Return and Exchange Policies
At Swim-Shop.com we value our customers satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your merchandise within 30 days of the invoice date. Returns may be subject to a normal handling and restocking charge of 15%. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.

If you do not wish to pay the 15% restocking charge you may choose to receive a credit for the full amount of the return in the form of a Merchandise Certificate or store credit.

All return requests for credit card credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returned goods must be in ORIGINAL or UNUSED condition with TAGS attached. Health regulations stipulate that swimwear that is soiled, damaged, worn or laundered is considered to be in other than "As New" condition and cannot be returned. Please remember that the regulations require swimsuits to tried on over undergarments. We reserve the right to return to buyer without replacement any items which have been abused or improperly cared for.

Books, CD's, DVD's and Videos may not returned unless they are defective.

Return of Custom Products
All items made to customers specifications, design, or dimensions may not be returned under any circumstance - unless defective.

Return and Exchange Procedures
Please printout the appropriate Return and Exchange Form which is available in a printable PDF form on our website. Enclose this form along with a copy of your invoice and the merchandise, and return these to us in the same package that you received.

Please contact our Customer Service Dept. by email or telephone with your invoice number for Return Authorization before shipping any items.

Credit to Your Account
If your initial purchase was made with a credit card, your credit will be issued to the same card account.

Please allow 30 to 60 days for the credit to appear on your monthly statement.
