Shipping Policies
We ship to all US states, including Alaska and Hawaii and Canadian
provinces. We also ship to Military APO / FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes.
We ship to International addresses in many countries. See the list of
countries we ship to below. If your country is not on the list please
contact us.
All US orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. US Postal Air Mail is available for APO and FPO with weight under 11 oz. Please add $10.00 to regular shipping for APO, FPO, Alaska & Hawaii shipments. Actual shipping cost will be advised by e-mail prior to processing order and will not proceed until customer approval is received.
Credit
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for
purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will
be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a
manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
Order Processing Time
Shipments of in-stock items usually occur within 48 hours after your
order is received during Monday through Friday. Orders leave from
Niagara Falls, New York, via Priority Post within 48 hours if product is
in stock (72 hours if order placed during week end), within a week if
the product is not in stock.
If you need expedited delivery we offer Next Day US Express Mail or UPS
Overnight or Second Day delivery
In general, you can expect delivery in 7-10 business days. If the merchandise is not in stock, you will be notified via email and the delivery time is around 2 weeks.
(For international orders, delivery time varies) from 2 to 6 weeks according to the country (custom delays may occur). Shipping can generally get the package to almost any country within 7-10 days however customs officials in each country can hold up parcels for inspection. In some countries the customs officials delay the delivery of parcels anywhere from 1 day to 4 weeks. You must check with your local government customs office for parcel processing times.
Backordered items usually ship within 24 hours after they are received at our store. If you indicate a second choice of color or item we can often quickly substitute it for you. We know backorders are frustrating ... however sometimes our suppliers run out of popular items and it takes time to replenish stock.
Import Duties and Customs Charges
Import duties and Customs charges are the responsibility of the
customer, each country has different rules as to how much you can ship
at one time and what fees are charged on shipments.
We can also not be responsible for any Import duties and Customs charges
on returned items. These are costs that are beyond our control and are
not factored into any of our pricing or shipping charges.
What are your shipping charges?
Packages are shipped via United States Postal Service for International
and US addresses. Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post.
Cost is calculated at the time of purchase according to the weight and
size of the product being shipped.
International orders are shipped via Express Mail International (EMS)
(contents are insured and a tracking number is provided). An
international order takes approximately 7-10 days (custom delays may
occur). Shipping and handling is approximately $37 for orders under
$150.
US addresses are shipped via Express Mail (overnight) or Priority Mail
(approximately 2~3 days). Cost is approximately $21 and $8 respectively
for a $150 order.
Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited (2-3 days). Cost
is approximately $15 for a $150 order.
We can ship via UPS, Fedex if requested.
