Q. How Do I Care For My Swimsuit ?
A. How to care for your swimsuit,
Rinse well in clean water after every use.
Warm hand wash with mild soap.
Do not bleach or use harsh detergents.
Drip dry out of direct sunlight.
Do not dry clean.
Do not tumble dry.
Do not iron.
Do not pack or store wet.
Do not leave rolled up in a wet towel.
Avoid rough surfaces such as concrete, swimming pool edges, etc.
Avoid contact of sun cream and oils on swimsuit.

Q. When ordering Prescription goggles can each lenses be a different diopter strength ?
A. This is actually determined by the goggle manufacturer. With Speedo goggles both lenses must be the same diopter setting. With Arena and Hilco goggles the lenses come separately so that each lens can be a different diopter strength.

Both Arena and Speedo make lens only for (-) negative diopter strengths. If you require (+) postive diopter strengths look at the Hilco brand prescription goggles that we sell. If you require a specialize prescription please contact us. There are some specialized manufactures that do make custom prescription goggles and we can have these ordered for you.

Q. How do I take care of my Chamois Towel ?
A. After use, simply rinse in clear water and wring dry and store it damp in its reusable storage container.

Q. Do you offer Gift Certificates ?
A. Yes we do offer Gift Certificates. We can make these certificates in any value you would like and we can email them or even send them to the recipient by Post if you'd like. Please contact us directly for these.

Q. What Are Your Shipping Rates ?
A. Our shipping rates vary by size and weight of order. Size and weight especially affect all orders shipped outside of North America. All orders with a value over $100 USD will be insured by US Post.

Q. When Will I Receive My Order ?
A. Your swimwear will be shipped within 7 days of receiving your order. Orders when shipped will be received 3 - 10 working days after postage depending on your country.

Q. How Will My Products Be Shipped ?
A. All products will be shipped through US Post or Canada Post. Most international orders will be shipped by US Post but some countries may require that we use a courier such as UPS, FEDEX or DHL. We can also use these couriers when specifically requested on an order.

Q. What Are Your Returns Policy And Money Back Guarantee ?
A. If you are not satisfied with your swimsuit you only need to CONTACT US within 30 days of receiving your swimwear and we'll let you know how to go about sending your bathing suit back to swap size, style or colour or even to get your money back.

Q. Do I Have To Pay Sales Tax/GST/VAT On My Purchases ?
A. Applicable taxes have to be paid in some regions. If you are in Europe VAT and other customs duties may be charged on your shipments by your local customs office. We have no control over such issues. If you are in Ontario, Canada you must pay PST and GST. Other Canadian provinces must pay GST.

Q. What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept ?
A. We accept Visa and Master Card, American Express credit cards. For international orders we can also accept international Money Orders like Western Union or Direct Bank Transfers. Please contact us for specific information about these options.

Q. Do You Accept Personal Checks ?
A. No, we can't accept personal checks from overseas. We do accept international money orders like Western Union or Direct Bank Transfers.

Q. Is My Credit Card Secure ?
A. Yes. It is very safe. Our store software uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to protect your credit card and personal information while being submitted over the Internet. This means your information is encrypted in a secret code while being transmitted. SSL is the universal standard for encrypting communications on the Web. Information is encrypted when you submit it, and decrypted by the financial institution upon receipt, protecting it from interception in transit. In addition, all encrypted data is protected with a mechanism for detecting tampering while being transmitted. This means customers can confidently and safely submit personal data over the Internet, knowing SSL will keep it private and confidential.

Q. What's The Difference Between Lycra and Polyester ?
A. Lycra (Spandex) is softer and has greater stretch capability allowing for more flexibility. Its fabric has a rubberized elastic material. This is especially important for Synchro Swimmers. However due to the rubberized elastic material Lycra tends to breakdown earlier than Polyester because the chlorine attacks the rubberized elastic material in the fabric. Polyester materials like Durafast Polester or Endurance Polyester are soft and comfortable for swimwear but the material has less stretch than because it uses less rubberized elastic material iin the fabric allowing it to last longer than the average Lycra suit.

Q. What Does The + In Front Of The Phone Number Mean ?
A. Before the + if your outside North America dial your countries international dialling code, ie. 011 for the USA

Q. What About Import Duties and Customs Charges ?
A. Import duties and Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer, each country has different rules as to how much you can ship at one time and what fees are charged on shipments.
We can also not be responsible for any Import duties and Customs charges on returned items. These are costs that are beyond our control and are not factored into any of our pricing or shipping charges.

A. We can ship to any country with a Postal System. Due to fraud and theft we do require that couriers be used for more valuable shipments to some countries. Many of the countries we regularily ship to are listed below. If your country is not on this list, please contact us.
